Once you have made a purchase the following refund policy applies:

If the product was purchased within 30 days and was not activated on your iLok account, we will offer a full refund. Once you activate your iLok license or more than 30 days have passed, you waive the right to a refund.

If you have not activated your iLok license and fewer than 30 days have passed, please contact us at support@schwabedigital.com with your order number and email address. We'll review and process your request. Refunds are credited to your credit card/PayPal account and may take up to 5 business days to appear.

And finally, if you are considering a purchase, all Schwabe Digital products have free 30-day trials, allowing you to demo a plugin before you decide to buy it.
